Being a young adult is a time of immense change. Young adults have an enormous amount of stress and pressure as they move into the next stages of their lives. As a result, they can be at-risk for mental illness and emotional difficulties.

We offer a range of therapy groups throughout the year including pregnancy/postpartum, women’s issues, trauma, substance related and more. Group therapy is as effective as individual therapy for a wide range of symptoms and conditions. In many cases, groups can be even more effective than individual therapy, thanks to the stigma reduction and solidarity that people experience in the presence of their peers. We would love to connect with your church. We can assist in meeting the therapeutic needs of church leaders, members, and community by making it easier to access to mental health services.
Our founder leads a therapy group for women in ministry, we also have several therapists who offer faith based counseling.

We offer workshops and training on a variety of topics including Mental Health First Aid. We also can help healthcare providers with clinical consultation related to Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders. We host several workshops through the year as well as an annual retreat for Women in Ministry and a Couples Retreat. We are happy to discuss hosting an event at you business of place of worship.
